We were contacted by the company responsible for designing and shooting the album cover for Muse’s album “Black Holes & Revelations” and asked if we could make a rustic, simple, chunky dining table and chairs, after a very quick pause we said YES!

The designer of the album cover was the great Storm Thorgerson; who was responsible for iconic album covers such as Pink Floyd’s “The Dark side of the Moon”. Storm sketched out his vision and forwarded the drawing to us (see his sketch in the further images).

We made the table and chairs in our workshops after which it was flown out to Northern Spain for the photo shoot. The scene in which the table was set was adapted to look like Planet Mars, where The Four Horse Men of the Apocalypse are sat on our very own ‘Indigo Furniture’!
