Following placing your order we will call you with an update after 6 weeks from the order date.
Once your furniture has been made and is ready for delivery we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for delivery. If you have any questions before this please contact our dispatch office on 01629 581333 or by emailing dispatch@indigofurniture.co.uk

Deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Your two person delivery team will contact you before 9.30am on the day of the delivery to confirm an estimated time of arrival. To save you hanging on all day they will be happy to call you at a set time prior to their arrival i.e. 1 hour before.
Please bare in mind that some of our products are built up on site for ease of access therefore allow time for our delivery staff to assemble the furniture in your home, please allow approximately 30 minutes for a bed and about an hour for a wardrobe. Please note that if there is no one available to accept delivery on the date agreed or if it is not possible to fit the ordered items into your home an additional cost for a re-arranged date will need to be added. If you are concerned with access to the property for larger items please inform our staff on order (we can break down some items in advance and re-assemble them on delivery if necessary in some circumstances an additional cost may be applied).
