If you are not completely satisfied with your furniture let us know within 14 days and we will collect it and refund you in full, including the delivery cost*. All we ask is that the furniture is in perfect condition and you will be available for us to collect.

All our Plank Furniture and Oak Beam furniture is guaranteed and will be repaired or replaced should any structural fault develop within 15 years of purchase. All our leather sofas will be repaired or replaced should any structural fault develop within 10 years of purchase. All our leather armchairs, cuddlers and snuggla’s will be repaired or replaced should any structural fault develop within 5 years of purchase. All wooden and leather dining chairs and footstools will be repaired or replaced should any structural fault develop within 3 years of purchase. Mattresses will be fully replaced should any manufacturing fault develop within 1 year of purchase.

The prices shown for the beds do not include a mattress, we do however supply a range of quality mattress which can be found in the Sleeping section of the showroom.
