Once your furniture has been made and is ready for despatch we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for your delivery. If you have any questions before this please contact us on 01629 581800 or by emailing sales@indigofurniture.co.uk.

We can arrange a 2 hour time slot for your delivery between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Your delivery team will contact you before 9.30am on the day of the delivery to confirm their estimated time of arrival. To save you hanging on all day they will be happy to call you at a set time prior to their arrival i.e. 1 hour before.

Please bear in mind that some of our products are built up on site for ease of access, therefore allow time for our delivery staff to assemble the furniture in your home. Please allow approximately 30 minutes for a bed and about an hour for a wardrobe. For further details call a member of our sales team on 01629 581800.

Please note that if there is no one available to accept delivery on the date agreed, or if it is not possible to fit the ordered items into your home, an additional cost for a re-arranged date will need to be added.

If you need to change your delivery date once it’s been agreed then please let us know at least 3 business days prior to delivery. If you do need to change dates within that time we may need to charge rescheduling fee, however we will always try and take into account the circumstances.

If you are concerned with access to the property for larger items please inform our staff on order (we can break down some items in advance and re-assemble them on delivery if necessary, in some circumstances an additional cost may be applied).
