While we have a fabulous showroom in the beautiful Peak District located in the heart of England we know that not everyone can find the time to visit us…

So in order to make sure you find that special piece of furniture that will last a lifetime we offer our promise to you that if you don’t love your furniture we will come and collect it back for nothing!

All you need to do is let us know at the point of delivery and we’ll refund you full…simple! Alternatively we will exchange your furniture free of charge if you let us know within 14 days*

If you would like to return an item please give our service team a call on 01629 581800 or send an email to customercare@indigofurniture.co.uk.

*UK mainland deliveries only, furniture must be in a new and unused condition, failure to take reasonable care may result in a claim against you, the furniture needs to be made available for collection within 14 days of cancellation. No refunds or exchanges can be given on items made to your specification unless there is a manufacturing defect or the goods are not as ordered. For hygiene reasons mattresses cannot be returned if unwrapped.
