1. Please let us know within 14 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied with your furniture and we will collect it from you and refund you in full. All we ask is for the furniture to be in the same condition as it was when we delivered it.*

2. All our Plank Furniture and Oak Beam furniture is guaranteed and will be repaired or replaced should any structural fault develop within 15 years of purchase. All our leather sofas will be repaired or replaced should any structural fault develop within 10 years of purchase. All our leather armchairs, cuddlers and snuggla’s will be repaired or replaced should any structural fault develop within 5 years of purchase. All wooden and leather dining chairs and footstools will be repaired or replaced should any structural fault develop within 3 years of purchase. Mattresses will be fully replaced should any manufacturing fault develop within 1 year of purchase.

Our furniture is suitable for normal domestic use, and is not guaranteed for commercial use unless requested on order. All customers must comply with care instructions provided. We are only able to repair or replace items of furniture as per the guarantee stated above within the UK.

3. Full installation is included in the delivery cost.

5. To make your delivery day as easy and convenient as possible we give a full delivery communication service.

6. All our timber is sourced from sustainable forests. This means the tree used in your product has been replaced and the forest managed in such a way as to benefit the local economy, community and wildlife.
