Our Riven Oak Furniture
All of our Riven Oak Furniture is handmade from solid oak wood which we carefully gather from sustainable sources ensuring that we use the very best quality timbers with the least amount of impact on the environment. Our experienced cabinet makers use traditional woodworking techniques such as dovetailed drawer fronts and mortice and tenon joints. This level of hand crafted furniture is certainly more time consuming and labour intensive, but the resulting build, quality and longevity of our oak furniture speaks for itself. We are so passionate and confident about our ideal of “furniture for life” that we offer our legendary 15 year guarantee on all Riven Oak Furniture – from oak beds and bedsides to desks and chests of drawers.
Our Riven Oak Furniture Range is also brimming with character and personality, which comes from the natural saw marks created at the timber yard, – characterful & unique just the way we like it. These, along with the natural knots, shakes and markings that are already inherent in our oak timber creates a truly stunning piece of furniture and one that you won’t be able to stop looking at!
Our oak furniture is also completely made from solid hardwood timber including the drawer bases and back boards, you definitely won’t find a whiff of flimsy chip board anywhere here! Although this adds to the overall weight of the furniture, that’s another thing that you don’t have to worry about. Unlike other companies, you won’t open your front door to find a bunch of boxes plonked on your doorstep. Our experienced despatch teams will deliver your furniture, staying in contact with you throughout the day AND install your furniture exactly where you want it. They’ll even take away all of the rubbish with them to be recycled! It’s what we call our “Complete Delivery Service”
