We treat the oak with several coats of clear bees-wax, this gives the wood a certain degree of stain resistance, however if you do mark the wood remove any excess fluids and dry off. If the mark remains; use some fine glass paper to sand the mark out then retreat with clear bees-wax which can be purchased from our showroom or from most hardware stores.
