I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the delivery we had last Thursday of the 5ft Plank Table and six Baby Roll Back Chairs. The furniture is of superior quality and every time I walk into our dining room I have to stand and admire it. The chairs are in Chilli Red and unbelievably comfortable and look wonderful with the table. To add to this, all the staff I spoke to were professional and extremely helpful. The delivery was perfect, they turned up on time and made an excellent job of putting the table together. We were also pleasantly surprised to get a very cool wooden box with wax and some helpful information. Before I ordered the furniture I checked the reviews which is one of the reasons I ordered from your company- it almost sounded too good to be true but I can honestly say how smooth free everything went and would absolutely recommend you to anyone. It is rare in this day to find such a company as yours that not only gives excellent service with very friendly staff but also produces the most wonderful and good quality furniture.

We’ve just taken receipt of our lovely new furniture and are thrilled! I initially fell in love with the Indigo range for its use of Canadian Yellow Wood (I am originally Canadian) and the incredible craftsmanship that goes into each piece but I have to say that the service, support of the entire Indigo team also can’t be beat! From my very first queries to the Sales team, to the actual purchase and the 2 young gentlemen who pleasantly delivered and installed, the service has been great! HI Steph, you’re such a star…I used to be the North American Sales Trainer for an international company when I lived in Canada (my home country) and I have to say they way your team have handled this very small hiccup has been very quick/efficient and with the most excellent support/service and I have to say, although no further actions were required, the lovely box of chocolates that just arrived and which I admittedly have already dipped into was a very thoughtful gesture.

Thanks again, as I said initially, given the support/service I received during the order process and from that point on, the handle wasn’t even a problem – just a minor blip that didn’t/hasn’t affected my feelings at all about my experience with Indigo being terrific.

Just as I requested, your delivery men turned up first thing, rang me twice to let me know they were on their way, and made the whole delivery process simple and stress free (my flat has tiny little corridors and lots of awkward stairs – a nightmare – but your chaps did not complain at all).

Just wanted to send a quick email in response to the delivery of our order yesterday. The two delivery guys that showed up were fast and efficient, and had a whole room’s worth of furniture unpacked and installed in an upstairs living room in under 40 minutes!

From start to finish, our dealings with Indigo have been second-to-none. Your website was our initial port of call after seeing one of your pieces on a DIY programme. Your website is informative and all pieces are easy to view. When we visited your shop you (Ali) were most helpful and didn’t rush us in signing up straight away. There was no hard sell, just a relaxed atmosphere. The showroom is so lovely i wish i could show everyone! On ordering our furniture your sales staff were very helpful, polite and courteous, as were the delivery team. All paperwork was as it should be and with us when we were told it would be. There was no hassle in setting up our payments. We were very impressed when, one week before the delivery date, we had a phonecall confirming the delivery date and the procedure the drivers follow. On the delivery date, your driver called to advise the time they would be with us and they arrived at that time. On arrival they were polite and asked where we would like the furniture to be placed. They were careful with both Indigo pieces and our existing furniture. They even moved a sofa for us to the exact position required! Now we are left with beautiful furniture to show our friends and family…we can’t wait!

We received our King Size Loft Bed on Friday 4th December and must thank you so much on the quality and high standard of the bed it is beautiful!
