"Dear Sirs, My new Super KingSize Liberty bed has just been put together by two of your guys and I wanted to say how great the service was. They called me as promised an hour before delivery, so that I could get back from work and then very speedily put the bed together exactly where I wanted it. They removed all of the rubbish and explained how to care for the wood etc before leaving.
