The whole process was very enjoyable for us, during a time (moving house, having twins…) that was quite stressful to us, so we really are very grateful. You all made us very welcome at your showroom, the furniture all turned up in immaculate condition on the agreed day, and the delivery team were an absolute credit to you all.

I received a delivery of furniture from you yesterday and just wanted to let you know how delighted I am with it.

Your delivery men were fantastic. They phoned me to let me know when they would be arriving (unheard of in my experience with most other companies), they delivered heavy (and very large in the case of the
Wideboy!) furniture up four flights of narrow stairs without complaining and without fuss.

It is very difficult ordering on the Internet, because one never knows quite what to expect. However, your furniture really is quite beautiful; the quality, look and feel is just superb. I fell in love with it immediately and it already looks totally 'at home' in my flat.

I will definitely be ordering more from you in the New Year and recommending you to all my friends.

I am very impressed with your company, from the initial ordering stage, the courtesy follow-up calls, to let me know how my furniture was progressing, and the incredibly stress free delivery yesterday. Thank you so much.
