We have just had our delivery today, and I just want to write a note to express our thanks, the lads were superb, well mannered, on time, helpful, tidy and the furniture is amazing, I love it! I wanted to take the opportunity to write to express both mine and my partner’s thanks with reagdr to the very high level of customer service we have recently received from Indigo.

You may recognize from the name and address that we had cause to contact you recently, via Laura Maycock, as we were unhappy with the level of shrinkage on several items of furniture we purchased last year and have had some damage to our carpet from the wood. From my very first conversation with Laura regarding these issues, we have been extremely impressed. Not only with Laura’s promptness and professional approach, but also with the way in which our furniture concerns have been resolved.
In addition to the above, from our initial conversations with Indigo just over a year ago, when we were looking to purchase a number of items for our new house, we found your staff, across the board, to be both friendly and very helpful/ From the staff in the showroom to Amanda in finance, Laura in customer services, and the two teams of guys who delivered the furniture.

We would also like to thank you for the latest offer of Indigo vouchers. We are looking forward to purchasing further items using the vouchers in part payment and would be very happy to purchase more items from you in the future, as well as recommend you to our friends and family.
