I am writing to thank you for your excellent customer service.

I recently purchased the "Junk" table and 6 chairs from you and was thrilled with the quality. We have been complimented on numerous occasions on the dining suite and have passed your details on. You can imagine how devastated we were when a vase leaked through a mat on the table and left a water mark, we sanded it down lightly, and waxed it with the "pack" you provided, but we made it even worse.

On telephoning you, you very kindly sent some stain that you use. This unfortunately didn't help. I called again and explaining that it was entirely our fault but could you help, Laura arranged for one of your team to come out to our home on the 13th June. My son was able to be here and he said that you were” brilliant".

I am so thrilled with your service, I will recommend you to all my friends. I work as a mortgage adviser for a well known high street Bank, so will also recommend you to all my customers!
