    Following the delivery and set-up of my new dining room furniture today, I would like to thank Kent & Dane for their courteous manner and arriving within the time limit set when I was called earlier this morning.

    This is my 2nd purchase with Indigo, the reason I returned for more furniture was because of the whole experience, from the attitude of the store staff in Tunbridge Wells, the call received from Head Office with a delivery date through to the delivery today.

    I recommend Indigo to my family & friends, I will be returning in the future when I require new furniture.

  • “Very impressed and happy with the bed”

    I had my new bed delivered today.

    Excellent service by delivery drivers Kent and Dane who arrived on time and kept me informed of their ETA and made up bed and explained how to take care of it. I was extra happy as I am wheelchair user and they went extra mile to make me happy by even putting my heavy mattress onto the bed afterwards which was in storage in my shed something I would have been unable to do myself.

    Very impressed and happy with the bed too and customer service all throughout.

    Suggest you look after these employees as workers of their standards are hard to come by.

    Kent and Dane have just delivered our 2 sofas, dining table and dining chairs, and we wanted to let you know how impressed we were with their level of professionalism. They were both polite and friendly, and very careful to ensure they didn’t bump into anything! They worked together quickly and efficiently, and were happy to adjust the positioning of the (very heavy!) dining table until we were completely happy, without making us feel that we were being a bother in the slightest.     We would just like to pass on our feedback regarding your company and products.

    Myself and my son made our initial visit to the Matlock store and were very impressed, we were greeted by James who was very informative and pleasant. He spent a lot of time showing us round and helping us decide on the perfect furniture. Although I wanted to go home to discuss our options with my husband, James was not pushy whatsoever, this made us feel very comfortable and this kind of service made us feel like we could not buy elsewhere and ultimately wanted to do business with your store.

    On deciding what we wanted we went back over to Matlock with my husband and dealt with Ali who again was excellent, we were very indecisive regarding colours etc and were conscious of taking up too much of Ali’s time however Ali was more than happy to spend as much time as possible to ensure we made a well and informed decision.

    Our new furniture has now been delivered (earlier than expected) and we are extremely happy with everything. The quality on your products is fantastic and would recommend you to anyone, we would naturally return when we are in market for more furniture and would genuinely not consider buying elsewhere.

    I would also like to mention the delivery Guys, Dane & Kent who were very friendly & professional. Your services have been quality from start to finish.

They kept us informed of their arrival time and were polite, friendly and highly efficient in unloading and setting up the furniture. It was the hottest day of the year and we certainly did not envy them their job on that day!

    Today I received my beautiful new wardrobe, delivered by Sean & David. They were fantastic – very pleasant, helpful and generally nice chaps! They were tidy and professional, and a real credit to your organisation.

    They also said what a fantastic company Indigo is to work with, with customer service and integrity at the heart of what you do. As someone who has recently moved into a new home, and has had many trades people, delivery agents etc in their home, I can tell you that it’s refreshing to hear such positivity about an employer!

    I should also say that I didn’t leave feedback for the first team that visited, Micheal and Nick I believe. They too were brilliant, and another example of a great team demonstrating excellent customer service.

    I’ve just had one of your Oak mirrors delivered, which completes my room with the Alderman dresser and other items I had delivered last month.

    I must say that Sean and David were very good. Extremely courteous and helpful, and they reflect your company’s values well. Andrew Norris and Rebecca Boxall were also very good.

    If only all businesses were run along such lines – you’re only as good as your staff from the craftsmen to the delivery people and all the admin staff. A good company to deal with. I shall recommend you to my friends.

    Just to say thank you for arranging the delivery today first thing. Dane and Kyle turned up promptly at 8am after an incredibly long drive. They got things unloaded and built quickly and professionally and they took a lot of care manoeuvring the furniture in and around the corners in our house. I’m very grateful to you all. I Just wish I had ordered those underbed drawers…

  • “The most amazing retail experience of my life”

    Turned up on Saturday 10th June at your Tunbridge Wells showroom and there began the most amazing retail experience of my life. My friend and I were greeted by Elaine who explained all we needed to know about the range of sofas. I already had the leather selected thanks to the sample service.

    Within minutes things became clear. We were shown downstairs to try our a few configurations. Just as I had hoped, the sofa products were just as good as the bedroom furniture previously purchased.

    We returned to the main sales floor and within a few more minutes we were done, paperwork signed and chatting about everything except furniture. No pressure, no hassle, so professional.

    A thoroughly enjoyable process conducted by a truly special sales person. A recommendation for local lunch was her parting piece of info. That too turned out to be great. Other companies should take heed. This is the way to do it!

    Can’t wait for the sofas to arrive and then I can start on the spare bedroom. Back to Tunbridge Wells I think.

    Elaine is a treasure. Thank you for having her on the team.

    Also worthy of mention is her son who works alongside her. He makes a great cup of tea!
